Indian corporates are disinterested in mergers and acquisitions: Sanjay Nath

In the recent times, India has witnessed remarkable rise of VC funds. The early-stage investment to the start-ups, disbursed by them, has relieved the later to a great extent.

While talking to e27, Sanjay Nath, Co-founder and Managing Director of VC Blume Ventures opined that, the incubators and accelerators are playing an integral part in shaping the future of the truly deserving entrepreneurs.

However, he was disappointed with the limited number of domestic mergers and acquisitions. He also spoke about the company’s investment strategy and expansion plans, India’s e-commerce bubble and more.
